Post Identity New Media

A new issue of Post Identity (Winter 2007), published out of the University of Michigan's Scholarly Publishing Office, is now live. The issue features essays by authors who might be familiar to readers of this blog, including Chuck Tryon, Adrian Miles, Alejandro Adams, Will Luers, and Matthew Clayfield. Each essay comes at the broad idea of "new media" from a different angle; some of the essays are aphoristic and tough. Some are a little more mellow. In any case, my goal was to put together an issue that would challenge readers and take a deeper look at the threshold between analog and digital. Thanks to the authors for their patience as this issue came together.
